Ball Valves
ALLSEN's ball valve range includes trunnion mounted, floating, and fully welded designs engineered for the most demanding pipeline, process, and underground applications.
Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves
Designed for pipeline and ESD (Emergency Shutdown) applications. Size range NPS 2–56 (DN 50–1400) with pressure ratings from ASME Class 150 to 2500. Available with API 6D certification for pipeline service.
Floating Ball Valves
Compact 2-piece and 3-piece designs for process isolation. Serviceable in-line with size range NPS 1/2–12. Ideal for chemical processing and utility applications.
Fully Welded Ball Valves
Zero body flange leak paths for buried service, district energy, and gas distribution. Available with FBE, 3LPE, and 3LPP coatings for underground installations.
Butterfly Valves
Triple Offset Metal Seated
High temperature capability up to 450–600°C with fire-safe design. Metal-to-metal seating provides zero-leakage shutoff across the full pressure and temperature range. Size range DN 80–3000.
High Performance Double Offset
PTFE and resilient seat options for bubble-tight shutoff. Size range DN 50–1200. Ideal for process applications requiring reliable isolation with low operating torque.

Gate Valves
Cast steel OS&Y wedge gate valves (API 600 style) with full-bore flow path and rising stem for visual position indication. NPS 2–24.
Globe Valves
Cast steel globe valves (BS 1873/API 623 style) with excellent throttling capability. Bellows seal option available for fugitive emission control. NPS 2–24.
Check Valves
Dual plate wafer check valves (API 594) with compact fast closure. NPS 2–48. Swing check valves also available with traditional robust design and low pressure drop.
Knife Gate Valves
ALLSEN knife gate valves feature a shearing action blade that cuts through solids and fibrous media. The full-bore design minimizes pressure drop and prevents material buildup.
Purpose-built for slurry handling, pulp and paper, and wastewater treatment applications where conventional valve designs cannot perform reliably.
