Ball Valves

Our ball valve range includes trunnion mounted designs for pipeline and emergency shutdown (ESD) applications in sizes NPS 2–56 with pressure ratings from ASME Class 150 to 2500. Floating ball valves are available in compact 2-piece and 3-piece configurations for process isolation, serviceable in-line, from NPS 1/2 to 12. Fully welded ball valves provide zero body flange leak paths, making them ideal for buried installations, district energy systems, and gas distribution networks.

Butterfly Valves

ALLSEN triple offset metal seated butterfly valves deliver high temperature capability up to 450–600°C with fire-safe certification, available from DN 80 to DN 3000. Our high performance double offset butterfly valves feature PTFE and resilient seat options providing bubble-tight shutoff across a size range of DN 50 to 1200. Both designs are engineered for long service life in the most demanding process environments.

Gate, Globe & Check Valves

Cast steel gate valves feature OS&Y wedge design per API 600, providing full-bore flow path with rising stem for clear visual position indication, from NPS 2 to 24. Cast steel globe valves offer excellent throttling capability with optional bellows seal for zero-emission service, built to BS 1873 and API 623 standards. Our check valve range includes dual plate wafer designs (API 594) with fast closure from NPS 2 to 48, and traditional swing check valves with robust flanged or butt-weld connections.

Knife Gate Valves

Engineered specifically for slurry, pulp, and wastewater applications, ALLSEN knife gate valves feature a shearing action that cuts through solids-laden media. The full-bore design minimizes flow restriction and prevents material buildup, making them the preferred choice for mining, pulp & paper, and wastewater treatment installations.
